Amazing taxi service today and just proves what genuine people are out there. I'm currently undergoing treatment at christies hospital in fallowfield for stage 3 cervical cancer. After 8 weeks of gruelling chemotherapy and radiotherapy daily. I have now to undergo three braccy operations. Today I attended christies for my covid swab and took the wrong turning driving home. My car broke down. Ran out if petrol my own fault yes I agree. 11 taxi numbers I called and none would help. Due to my braccy op yesterday and my covid swab today I could not leave my car to walk to the petrol station due to the chance of me catching covid. This service went above and beyond . Showing kindness ,empathy and compassion something we as a nation don't do. This service not only went and got petrol and got my car started and followed me to make sure I was okay and has rang since. This service refused to take any payment until I forced it upon them. This wasn't done for money like other taxi firms. It was done from the goodness if the heart.Today I learnt a very valuable lesson. It's not a world of them and us like it has become. I also was born in the 70s like the taxi driver. We are human beings and will never ever forget what you did today. From the deepest bottom of my heart you are a saviour.And I will personally be recommending you to all the people at christies hospital.To those who I delayed today at kingsway I'm so sorry.

I was really struggling to book a mini bus to the airport and I only had TWO days before my departure left. We are a family of 4 and we had 12 suitcases as we were emigrating to the United States.From the moment I contacted Cabzilla and spoke with Abi all my stress went away. He was FANTASTIC. He understood my anxieties and did everything he could to elevate any stress possibleThe communication from this company is second to none - you just won't get service like it anywhere else.My only wish is that I had more cash on me on the day of travelling as I wanted to tip the driver more than I had because he was not only professional and efficient, he was lovely, went above and beyond and provided a great service. He was even willing to give me with the £1 I needed for the trolley out of his own pocket but I managed to find one in the bottom of my bag.I have recommended Cabzilla to everyone I know and I will be using them every time I return to Manchester without a shadow of a doubt.Thank you so much for the amazing experience and I wish you every bit of success for the future.

Would give 100 stars if I could! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I needed a minibus for a night out so I completed the contact form and got a call back from Abi just 5 minutes later.I got a very competitive price and great service from start to finish. When I needed to change the booking at the last minute, Abi bent over backwards (on probably one of the busiest weekends of the year!) to help me sort everything out. Unfortunately we didn't get to complete our booked trip due to the planned race meeting been cancelled because of Covid restrictions. However the communication from first enquiry to completion of refund was excellent. I was a little concerned initially being asked to pay the deposit by Bank Transfer rather than Credit Card, but this was unfounded, once the event was cancelled the deposit was refund within 24hrs. I would certainly use this company again in the future, they were not only amongst the cheapest but also very efficient.

Driving 8 ladies to and from Penrith in Cumbria must have been very entertaining to say the least especially the journey there as the journey back was a little subdued. Abi was brilliant beat the quotes I had received from other companies and booked it via a link to a payment page which was fast and easy. Confirmation came through within an hour or so - Abi called the day of the event to confirm all the details and the drive arrived on time - Abi called after the event to make sure the transport ran smoothly. Abi, the bookings manager, was extremely helpful, very thorough and totally reliable - felt reassured that the booking had gone ahead and was secure. We booked a 14 seater minibus for our wedding group. Our schedule included a few different journeys throughout the day, with different timings and pick-ups, and the driver was always present on time (in fact, always waiting for us), very pleasant and thoughtful, very flexible. Driver was early both on pick up and drop off. Was kind enough to allow us to drink a few beers on bus and eat food (giving that we clean up which was fair enough). Stopped off for toilet break for us also. Easy payments with confirmation sent us next half hour. Very kind professional gentlemen dealing with me who even had the decency to follow up with curtesy call after business was done, nice touch and would not hesitate to use cabzilla again.
