Can I book a taxi or minibus by phone?
Yes. Call 07447 889980 to book your taxi, minibus or coach hire. We’ll find the perfect vehicle for your journey.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 12 hours’ notice. For large groups or long-distance trips, book earlier to guarantee availability.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Let us know at least 3 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or change your booking.
Do you operate day and night?
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once confirmed, your booking is guaranteed.
Pricing & Payments
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
All Cabzilla journeys are charged per vehicle, not per passenger.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. You can pay in cash to your driver. A small deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Can I pay in advance?
Absolutely. We recommend advance payments for a smooth, stress-free experience. You’ll receive instant email confirmation once payment is made.
Do you offer fixed prices?
Yes. Fixed quotes are available when you provide full journey details and destinations.
Do you charge extra on holidays?
Yes, a small surcharge applies on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and other UK bank holidays.
Is tipping included?
No, tips are optional and not included in the fare. Around 5% is standard for great service.
Vehicles & Drivers
What type of vehicles do you use?
We work with fully licensed operators providing cars, minibuses, and coaches carrying up to 70 passengers.
Do your drivers smoke in their vehicles?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles by UK law.
Are drivers easy to identify?
Yes. Your driver will call or text upon arrival and display their licensed badge with name and ID.
Do your taxis have child seats?
You can bring your own child seat. UK law doesn’t require taxi operators to provide them.
How much luggage can I bring?
We have vehicles suitable for all luggage sizes. Mention your requirements when booking and we’ll assign the right vehicle at no extra charge.
Airports & Travel
Which airports do you cover?
We serve all major UK airports, including Manchester, Heathrow, London City, Birmingham, and Leeds Bradford.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Drivers usually wait near the airport information desk or exit doors. They will contact you directly on arrival.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Please inform us as soon as possible by phone, text, or email. We’ll adjust or reschedule your pickup if required.
Do you charge extra for flight delays?
If you notify us before boarding, we’ll adjust your pickup time and minimise any waiting charges.
Receipts & Policies
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Drivers carry receipt cards, or we can email you a formal invoice after online pre-booking.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your journey details, driver’s name, and contact number once payment or deposit is received.
